What Does a County Committee Do?
|
This Committee shall:
{Chapter 2 COUNTY BOARD RULES OF PROCEDURE (Am. #35-2002) Oneida County, Wisconsin, Code of Ordinances Page 19} |
(1) Act as the Conservation & UW-Extension Education Committee with such powers and duties as prescribed in Ch. 59.56(3), Wis. Stats., as amended from time to time.
(2) Act as the County-appointed Committee to process Lake District petitions and conduct the public hearing required by Wis. Stats. §33.26(1).
