Building the Framework
for a Nine-County Pollinator Network Begins

Our first meeting was held on September 25, 2017.  Fourteen people, representing 10 partners and nine counties attended.  All nine counties (Iron, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Price, Wood & Vilas) will be working together to promote future pollinator habitat and outreach.
We will be applying for a 2-year ($50,000) grant in March, 2018. The grant will provide a coordinator to weave each individual county and partner into a network with common goals and objectives. Our next meeting will be on December 4. Place to be determined.
