CONGRATULATIONS
Lachlan Mouw
The AREA Elementary Division
Speaking Contest Winner!

          Lachlan Mouw, a fifth grader at Sugar Camp Elementary School in Rhinelander, has taken his place alongside other Oneida County "Stars" by winning FIRST PLACE at the Regional Conservation and Environmental Awareness Speech Contest.  The contest was held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 in Lincoln County.  
     
          Lachlan will compete at the STATE level during the Wisconsin Land and Water Conservation Association Annual Meeting held March 2-4, 2022 and give his speech virtually for the judges.
